Hey, I’m Néstor Martínez—your go-to photographer and graphic designer who found his way into the world of photography a bit unexpectedly. Like so many others, the COVID-19 pandemic turned my world on its head, forcing me to rethink what truly mattered to me. I’d always been a creative, diving deep into the world of graphic design, but it wasn’t until those quieter days that I really discovered the magic of photography. And let me tell you, it changed everything.
I’ve always been fascinated by how a single image can capture a moment, a feeling, a story. During those lockdown days, I grabbed my camera and started photographing everything around me—the empty streets, the candid moments at home, the emotions that we were all feeling but couldn’t quite put into words. That’s when I realized: photography isn’t just about taking pictures; it’s about capturing life as it happens, raw and unfiltered.
Fast forward to today, and here I am, running Prophocus Studio—a space where my background in design meets my passion for photography. I bring a designer’s eye to my photos, focusing on the little details that often go unnoticed but make a huge difference. I love playing with light, color, and composition to bring out the best in every shot. I’m all about creating images that not only look good but feel right—images that tell your story in a way that’s uniquely you.
